As the Founder & CEO of Grand Scale, he has trained thousands worldwide in financial leadership, value multiplication, and business scaling.
Growing up in different parts of Zimbabwe, Uno witnessed stark economic disparities. His curiosity led him into the world of finance and business leadership, where he audited both successful and struggling companies. His experiences fuelled a lifelong mission: to study, practice, and teach principles that drive success.
